Job summary

Executive Home Care of Chester County is seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver to provide in-home support to seniors and individuals needing assistance with daily living. You will focus on maintaining client dignity, safety, and comfort while delivering attentive personal care and companionship.

This part-time role offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to work morning and day shifts. Previous caregiving experience or CNA/HHA certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Strong compassion, reliability, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle client needs with patience and professionalism.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping such as laundry and cleaning.
• Support mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation.
• Provide medication reminders and follow care plans.
• Assist with errands and transportation to appointments when required.
• Monitor client condition and report any changes to family or supervisors.
