Executive Home Care of Chester County is seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver to provide in-home support to seniors and individuals needing assistance with daily living. The caregiver will focus on maintaining client dignity, safety, and comfort while delivering attentive personal care and companionship.

This part-time position offers flexible hours, with responsibilities including assisting with daily activities, providing companionship, and monitoring client conditions. Previous caregiving experience or CNA/HHA certification is preferred.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Provide companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Perform light housekeeping such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing
• Support mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
• Provide medication reminders and follow care plans
• Assist with errands and transportation to appointments when required
• Monitor client condition and report any changes to family or supervisors

Qualifications

• Strong compassion, reliability, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle client needs with patience and professionalism
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred)
• Previous caregiving experience or CNA/HHA certification (preferred but not required)
