Rochester Institute of Technology on campus dining seeks a Cook I to join our team in The Patio. This full-time, on-site role offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with weekends off and opportunities to grow within a university environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of relevant kitchen experience.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Washes produce and prepares hot and cold foods.
• Assists in maintaining sanitation and safe food handling.
• Prepares menu items per recipes from culinary leadership.
• Cleans cooking utensils and equipment.
• Mon-Fri 7:30am-4pm with weekends off.
