Job summary

Babson College is seeking a Supervisor, Building Services to lead the day shift (7:00am–3:30pm) for the campus facilities team. You will manage custodial staff, work with vendors, and supervise contracted services to ensure clean, safe, and compliant facilities.

The role requires foreman experience, strong leadership, bilingual English/Spanish communication, and solid proficiency with Workday and CMMS systems. It is a full-time on-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years as foreman in services or facilities.
• 5–7 years progressive responsibilities in facilities maintenance.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Strong reading, writing, and reporting skills.
• Ability to supervise and develop staff; conduct evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise custodial staff and coordinate daily work assignments.
• Monitor budgets and assist with event and waste/disposal budgets.
• Coordinate with contractors, campus customers, and College staff on work orders.
• Conduct performance evaluations, trainings, and personnel actions.
• Develop staffing plans to cover campus schedules including openings and breaks.
• Maintain documentation in Work Order and CMMS systems and report progress to the Assistant Director.
