Responsibilities

• Ensure patient safety and a structured, supportive environment under supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living and monitor patient well‑being.
• Conduct safety checks and manage belongings and contraband appropriately.
• Record vital signs and report changes to the clinical team promptly.
• Engage patients in groups and activities to support treatment goals.
• Apply de‑escalation techniques and assist with restraints when required.
• Complete charting in patient records in a timely and accurate manner.
• Transfer patients as needed and report incidents per policy.
