• Assists patients with activities of daily living and basic care.
• Performs safety checks and ensures appropriate supervision.
• Records vital signs and communicates changes to the clinical team.
• Facilitates patient education and rehabilitative groups.
• Documents in patient records accurately and timely.
• Responds to crisis situations and provides de-escalation when needed.
