Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures patient wellbeing and maintains a safe, structured environment under supervision.
• Assists with activities of daily living (toileting, bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, hydration).
• Performs safety checks and monitors patients per supervision guidelines.
• Interacts with patients, observes behaviors, and reports significant observations to the supervisor.
• Engages patients in therapeutic activities and groups focused on social and independent living skills.
• Records vital signs accurately and communicates changes to the clinical team.
• Records and charts in patient files timely and accurately.
• Assists with incident reporting, unit organization, and discharge processes.
