Job summary

NK Parts Industries, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor for 1st shift (6:30am–3:00pm) to oversee assembly operations in our Ohio plant.

The role involves planning, directing, and coordinating processes to optimize efficiency, with responsibilities including supervising staff, training, and enforcing safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have an associate degree or equivalent, experience with production planning, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Navision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-like academic background or equivalent experience is acceptable.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and learn Microsoft Navision.
• Strong reading, writing, and interpretation of business materials.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, coordinate and improve assembly processes.
• Supervise employees; train and evaluate performance; manage workflow.
• Collaborate with planning/design to ensure efficient production methods.
• Estimate production times, staffing needs, and related costs.
