Job summary

Alfa Laval is hiring for an on-site production role at our Indianapolis facility. You will support manufacturing of pumps and valves, follow SOPs and blueprints, and participate in daily status and Kaizen activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
• Ability to read drawings, blueprints, and manufacturing orders.

Responsibilities

• Receive daily work assignments and execute production per SOPs and blueprints.
• Assemble subcomponents and finished products; perform material processing.
• Lift raw materials, finished products, and packed items manually or with lifts.
• Perform process setups and value-add activities per operating parameters.
• Execute quality checks and report deviations to leadership.
• Contribute to safety, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement efforts.
