Job summary

Ergon Inc. is hiring a daylight/1st shift Facility Operator at the Catoosa, OK facility. You will work in the tank farm, loading/unloading materials and assisting with maintenance to produce asphalt oil for customers.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Ability to read and follow written instructions is expected.
Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division are needed.
Must be able to learn computer skills and operate related systems.

Responsibilities

Load and unload trucks and railcars.
Conduct minor maintenance on plant equipment (pumps, racks, mixers).
Attend daily production/quality/EHS meetings and participate.
Use proactive safety tools and maintain housekeeping.
Stay current on required training and wear provided PPE.
Communicate effectively with operators, management, trucking partners and customers.
