Ergon, Inc. is seeking a Facility Operator for the Muskogee, OK facility to join a small, team‑oriented operation producing asphalt binder.

The role involves working outdoors in varying weather, assisting with lab testing, data entry, and loading/unloading materials for customers. Candidate will operate in a fast‑paced tank farm, participate in daily production and quality meetings, and adhere to safety protocols while maintaining housekeeping and completing required training.

Qualifications

• Basic math and reading comprehension are required.
• Ability to learn computer skills and follow written instructions.
• Able to meet physical requirements including lifting up to 50 pounds and outdoor work.

Responsibilities

• Assist with testing products in the lab.
• Input quality specs and batch data into reports.
• Sample product quality and load/unload trucks/railcars.
• Perform minor maintenance on plant equipment and ensure safety meetings are attended.
