Ergon, Inc. is seeking a daylight/1st shift Facility Operator at our Catoosa, OK facility. You will join a tight-knit team that produces neat and polymer-modified asphalt oil and partners with customers in the field.

Work is outdoors in varying weather, with responsibilities including loading/unloading, basic maintenance, and daily safety meetings. We offer competitive pay and benefits and room to grow with a family-owned company.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Able to learn computer skills.
• Must have valid US driver's license.
• Able to lift 50 pounds with assistance and work outdoors.
• Shift flexibility, daylight/1st shift; some weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Load and unload trucks and railcars.
• Conduct minor maintenance on plant equipment.
• Attend daily production/quality/EHS meetings.
• Use proactive safety tools and checklists.
• Maintain good facility housekeeping.
• Stay current on required training.
• Communicate effectively with operators, management, and customers.
