Job summary

Choices for People Center, Inc. in Missouri seeks a Team Manager to support the Director in guiding program delivery and evaluating division performance. You will mentor staff, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure high-quality services for individuals with disabilities.

You'll oversee daily operations, ensure compliance, collect data, and report outcomes while building community partnerships and securing resources to sustain impactful programs across the region.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or DSP Credential is preferred.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience preferred.
• Professional supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director and/or Executive Director to implement and evaluate the organization’s strategic plan.
• Oversee daily operations of the division.
• Monitor programs and opportunities for individuals served.
• Ensure regulatory, ethical, and legal requirements are met.
• Collect data and feedback to monitor outcomes and assess effectiveness.
• Identify, recruit, train, and mentor team members.
• Foster a positive work environment and professional growth.
• Build relationships with community partners and funding sources.
• Provide updates on division performance to leadership.
• Represent the organization at events and advocate for policy initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records and monthly reports.
