Job summary

Choices for People Center is seeking a Team Manager to assist the Director and Executive Director with overseeing the division’s implementation and evaluation, ensuring alignment with the mission and needs of the individuals served.

The role focuses on motivating staff, building partnerships, and maintaining accurate records to support program outcomes and growth opportunities within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher; DSP credential preferred.
• At least 1 year in a leadership role; supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to manage records and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director to implement and evaluate the organization’s strategic plan.
• Assist with oversight of daily division operations.
• Monitor programs and opportunities for individuals served; assess outcomes.
• Assist with regulatory, ethical, and legal compliance Oversight.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on division performance and opportunities for growth.
• Represent the organization at public events and with stakeholders.
• Maintain current, accurate records including daily documentation and monthly reports.
