Trinity Services, Inc. is seeking a Therapist Relief staff to provide essential psychosocial rehabilitation services during day program hours when full-time staff are unavailable. The role includes group and individual therapy, community outings, and careful Medicaid billing documentation.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree; a Master’s degree is preferred. The work location includes Elwood, Joliet, and Lockport, IL, with hours 8:30–5, 4 shifts per month minimum.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Master’s Degree preferred
• Experience with Medicaid billing notes is desirable
• Ability to work with PSR team and multidisciplinary staff

Responsabilités

• Engages individuals in group therapy and individual therapy
• Coordinates community outings as scheduled
• Performs case consultations and documents Medicaid billing notes
• Maintains therapeutic milieu and uses evidence-based interventions
• Works with PSR Director to ensure appropriate program coverage
• Participates in staff meetings and team activities
