Job summary

Abound Health in Raleigh, NC seeks a Day Program Support Staff to help with client schedules, safety during activities, and personal hygiene support. You will also maintain facility cleanliness, document progress, and follow infection control guidelines.

Qualified candidates have at least 1 year of full-time experience, a valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and reliable transportation with insurance. A $1,000 signing bonus is paid in 3 installments for averaging 20+ hours/week.

Qualifications

• 1 year of full-time experience with the population served.
• Valid Driver's License and safe driving record.
• Reliable transportation with current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Client Transportation: Drive participants to and from the facility safely, following transportation safety protocols.
• Instructional Support: Provide tailored, individualized support during group and individual instructional activities.
• Safety & Supervision: Monitor client safety during classroom activities, outings, and transitions.
• Daily Living Assistance: Assist with personal hygiene and self-care tasks as needed.
• Facility Care & Compliance: Maintain cleanliness and sanitation per licensure guidelines and infection control standards.
• Goal Documentation: Implement and document clients' progress toward goals per treatment plans.
