Job summary

Abound Health is seeking a Day Program Support Staff member to join our Day Program team in Raleigh, North Carolina. You will assist with client schedules, ensure safety during activities, and support personal hygiene needs as required.

You will document clients' progress toward their goals and help maintain a safe, clean, and compliant facility. Position requires driving participants, providing individualized support during instructional activities, and strict adherence to infection control

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year full-time experience with the population served.
• Valid Driver's License with safe driving record.
• Reliable transportation and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Drive participants to and from the facility safely, ensuring all transportation safety protocols are followed.
• Provide tailored, individualized support to participants during group and individual instructional activities.
• Monitor client safety continuously during classroom activities, community outings, and transitions throughout the daily schedule.
• Support personal hygiene and self-care activities as needed to help clients master daily living tasks.
• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the facility in strict accordance with licensure guidelines, company policies, and infection control standards.
• Implement, track, and document clients' progress toward goals and objectives outlined in their person-centered treatment plans.
