Job summary
Abound Health seeks a Day Program Support Staff member in Raleigh, NC to assist with client transportation, provide instructional support, and ensure safety during activities. The role also includes helping with daily living tasks and maintaining a clean, compliant facility.
You will document client progress toward goals and follow infection control guidelines, reporting to the Director and supporting the Day Program team. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
Qualifications
- 1 year of full-time experience with the population served
- Valid Driver's License and safe driving record
- Reliable transportation with current auto insurance
- Education GED or High School Diploma
Responsibilities
- Drive participants to and from the facility, ensuring safety protocols.
- Provide tailored support during group and individual activities.
- Monitor client safety during classroom activities, outings, and transitions.
- Support personal hygiene and daily living tasks as needed.
- Maintain facility cleanliness and sanitation per policies and infection control guidelines.
- Document clients' progress toward goals in their treatment plans.
