Job summary

Abound Health in Raleigh, North Carolina is hiring a Day Program Support Staff member to assist with client schedules, transportation, safety, and daily living needs within our day program. You will help maintain cleanliness and document progress toward goals under supervision.

Requirements include at least 1 year of full-time experience with our population, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, reliable transportation and insurance, and a GED or high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of full-time experience working with the population served.
• Valid Driver's License and safe driving record.
• Reliable transportation with current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Drive participants to and from the facility safely, ensuring all transportation safety protocols are followed.
• Provide tailored, individualized support to participants during group and individual instructional activities.
• Monitor client safety continuously during classroom activities, community outings, and transitions throughout the daily schedule.
• Support personal hygiene and self-care activities as needed to help clients master daily living tasks.
• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the facility in accordance with licensure guidelines, company policies, and infection control standards.
• Implement, track, and document clients' progress toward goals and objectives outlined in their person-centered treatment plans.
