Mentor Community Services, part of the Sevita family, is seeking a Day Program Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a day program serving individuals with developmental disabilities. This role leads staff, ensures safety, and maintains program quality.

The position requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate schedules and supports in a team-driven environment. Join a mission-driven organization focused on growth and independence.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5 years of experience in Human Services field.
• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and state-required certifications/tests.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of the day program.
• Communicate with staff, clients, families, and team members about services and supports.
• Serve as administrative supervisor: hiring, scheduling, evaluations, payroll, and discipline.
