Mentor Community Services, part of Sevita, seeks a Program Supervisor to lead a team delivering community-based supports for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will oversee ISP implementation, staff scheduling, and daily care tasks while promoting independence and community participation.

Mansioni

• Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and participate in administrative duties including staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Provide support to individuals receiving services including meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care.
• Duties are split between direct service, program activities, and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation to work or other activities.
