Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older with NJ driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Background must be clear before starting employment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train staff in compliance with regulations and policies.
• Provide direct service for clients as needed.
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly documentation.
• Communicate with families, case managers and health professionals.
• Plan and implement client activities and curriculum.
