Job summary

Benchmark Human Services in Vineland, NJ, is seeking a Day Program Manager to supervise staff and ensure high-quality client support. The role involves direct service participation and documentation compliance, within state and federal guidelines.

The candidate should have a background in developmental disabilities and prior supervisory experience. The position follows a Monday–Friday 8am–4pm schedule and offers benefits including health and retirement plans, tuition reimbursement, and paid time

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Two years’ experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and guide staff per regulations and policies.
• Participate in direct service for clients as needed.
• Complete required documentation on schedule (daily/weekly/monthly/yearly).
• Communicate professionally with families, case managers, and other agencies.
