Pathways for Life is seeking a positive, energetic DTA Manager to lead a team delivering care to adults with IDD in an adult day program. You will organize activities, supervise staff, and ensure safety and dignity for members while modeling professional behavior and accountability.

We are looking for a positive, energetic, and responsible DTA Manager who can create a fun, engaging, and supportive environment for individuals who experience an IDD while ensuring full compliance with state and company requirements. The ideal candidate will lead by example, manage and support staff effectively, maintain high standards of professionalism and accountability, and foster a strong team culture in our adult day program. This person should also be creative and organized, with the ability to plan meaningful activities, community outings, and experiences that promote participation, independence, and enjoyment for our members.
