The role emphasizes collaboration with supervisors and other professionals, planning meaningful activities, and maintaining high standards of care and program compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be compassionate, patient, and reliable.
• Excellent communication and observational skills.
• Open to learning and applying behavior management techniques.
• Over 18 years old with clean background.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily activities and support routines for members.
• Build positive, professional relationships with supported individuals and staff.
• Develop and coordinate monthly activity calendars.
• Supervise staff and coach regarding behaviors and language in line with policies.
• Report operational concerns to the Program Manager.
