Responsibilities

• Empower independence by supporting individuals with IDD in daily routines and activities.
• Build meaningful connections through respectful, engaging interactions.
• Promote safety and wellbeing by implementing behavior support strategies and safe transportation.
• Collaborate with supervisors and professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
• Advocate with heart to uphold member rights and dignity.
