Dungarvin is seeking a Day Program Support Manager to provide vocational supports to individuals with disabilities and to help maintain a safe, engaging work environment. The role includes coordinating operations, supporting program implementation, and fostering community involvement.

Primary responsibilities include supervising staff, managing finances and educational/vocational programs, and serving as a model for staff while ensuring compliance with support plans and policies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience working with individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities.
• Positive role-model for others and able to work on a team.
• Valid Driver's License (due to transporting persons served).
• Some locations may require own vehicle and auto-liability insurance.
• Background clearance required as part of onboarding/employment process.

Responsibilities

• Provide vocational supports to individuals with disabilities.
• Assist individuals in work skills and making choices; maintain safe, healthy environment.
• Coordinate and manage site operations including medical, financial, and maintenance aspects.
• Implement and ensure continuity of programs; support community involvement and family engagement.
