Looking for a career where every day is different? At Community Connect, Community Coaches don’t spend their day sitting in an office or providing traditional caregiving. Instead, they work alongside adults with developmental disabilities throughout Orange County—teaching life skills, building confidence, exploring the community, volunteering, working toward employment goals, and helping people create meaningful, independent lives.
You will mentor, encourage, problem‑solve, laugh, celebrate accomplishments, and help individuals discover what they are capable of accomplishing.

Enjoy a consistent Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.). Full‑time benefits are available. Afternoons, evenings, and weekends are free. Paid training is provided. Mileage reimbursement is offered ($450–650/month). The team includes supportive leadership, fosters a small team culture, and offers you the chance to make a genuine impact every day.

Hourly rate: $20–$23/hr depending on experience, PLUS $450–$650/mo tax‑free mileage. Hours: 6 hrs/day, 8:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m., every weekday (full‑time benefits).
