Job summary

Redwood Family Care Network is seeking a Day Program Instructor Caregiver in West Covina, CA. This in-person role supports adults with developmental disabilities to build daily living and vocational skills, with structured IPP-based routines and active engagement.

You will assist with personal care, meals, transportation, and community activities while documenting progress and collaborating with supervisors to monitor client goals. The position includes benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must pass all pre-employment screenings (background check, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Develop and follow daily activity routines based on each client’s IPP.
• Assist with personal care and daily living needs.
• Provide transportation in company vans as needed.
• Enter client notes into computer systems and review IPP goals.
• Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and professional development.
