Job summary

Spread Your Wings is a community-based adult behavioral day program in Ukiah, CA serving individuals with developmental disabilities. Staff work in the community to provide person-centered support, helping clients gain skills, independence, and meaningful daily engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral support needs.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to follow individualized service plans and provide direct care when needed.

Responsibilities

• Transport clients to and from program activities.
• Support clients in community settings (parks, libraries, stores).
• Implement individualized service plans focused on social skills and safety.
• Assist with daily living skills (hygiene and mobility) as needed.
• Promote independence and client participation in meaningful activities.
• Communicate regularly with supervisors and families.
• Ensure safety and well-being of each individual at all times.
• Redirect and manage behaviors when necessary.

Full Time- Set schedule:Monday-Friday 8:30am-3:30pm or 8:45am-3:15pm (Willits, CA)

Spread Your Wings is a Community-Based Adult Behavioral Day Program serving individuals with developmental disabilities throughout the Ukiah County areas.

Our staff work out in the community, providing person-centered support and helping individuals build skills, increase independence, and meaningfully engage in everyday life.

What you'll do:

• Transport client to and from program activities
