Fast Switch in Lowell, MA is seeking a dedicated Program Director to oversee our Day Program. This full-time role leads a diverse team delivering Day Habilitation, CBDS, Employment Services, and ABI Supports, with a focus on independence and joyful engagement.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, build a high-performing team, and foster community partnerships with local agencies while championing DDS standards and inclusive practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum of 3 years of leadership experience overseeing a Day Program or similar setting.
• Minimum 3 years of DDS experience
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop staff, while maintaining compliance and quality standards.
• Passion for supporting individuals with diverse needs and creating an engaging program environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across Day Habilitation, CBDS, Employment Services, and ABI Supports.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, including documentation, safety, incident management, and billing accuracy.
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing, engaged team through hiring, coaching, recognition, and performance management.
• Foster a positive, innovative workplace culture.
• Cultivate strong relationships with local agencies and referral sources to support program growth and community integration.
• Ensure compliance with DDS regulations and maintain a safe, inclusive environment.
