CCS Facility Services is seeking a Day Porter to maintain common areas in office buildings, apartments, and other facilities, performing duties such as spot cleaning, trash removal, restroom checks, and lobby care to ensure a clean, welcoming environment.

The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work with building staff. Candidates should be punctual, able to follow safety procedures, and capable of performing routine cleaning tasks with consistency.

Responsibilities

• Spot clean lobby glass doors and polish chrome on entrance.
• Vacuum elevator cabs and wipe cab doors, walls, and tops twice daily.
• Inspect exterior and pick up trash; empty exterior receptacles.
• Check restrooms twice daily and clean as needed.
• Vacuum lobby daily and sweep entrances as required.
• Polish elevator cab railings, doors and lobby buttons.
• Assist building engineer daily as directed by management.
