Job summary

CCS Facility Services is seeking a reliable Day Porter to maintain the cleanliness of office buildings and other facilities. The role involves routine cleaning tasks in lobbies, restrooms, and common areas, with attention to safety and orderly appearance.

You will also assist the building engineer and report any maintenance needs to management. Ideal candidates are punctual, dependable, and committed to high standards of cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Punctual and reliable with consistent attendance.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and proper use of cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Spot clean lobby glass doors to maintain a welcoming entry.
• Vacuum elevator cabs and wipe cab doors, walls, and tops twice daily.
• Inspect the building exterior and pick up trash to keep common areas neat.
• Clean ashtrays, empty trash receptacles, and tidy exterior spaces.
• Check restrooms twice daily and maintain overall cleanliness of floors.
• Polish lobby surfaces and assist building Engineer as needed.
