CCS Facility Services is seeking a Day Porter to maintain the cleanliness and order of common areas in office buildings and other facilities in Ontario, CA. Responsibilities include lobby upkeep, restroom checks, trash removal, and assisting the building Engineer as needed.

Responsibilities

• Spot clean lobby glass doors.
• Polish chrome on lobby doors.
• Vacuum elevator cabs and wipe cab doors, walls, and tops twice a day.
• Inspect the building exterior and pick up trash.
• Empty and clean exterior trash receptacles.
• Check restrooms twice daily.
• Vacuum lobby twice daily as needed.
• Sweep stairwells and landings.
• Remove debris from landscaped areas.
• Sweep building entrances and polish elevator cab railings.
• Report lights, directory boards, or solicitors to Management Office.
• Policing lobby during high-traffic times and assist building Engineer daily.
