Job summary

CCS Facility Services is seeking a Day Porter to maintain the cleanliness and orderly condition of common areas in office buildings, apartment houses, and other commercial properties. You will perform routine cleaning tasks and report issues to the Management Office to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.

The role requires punctuality, dependability, and safety awareness. A background check is required.

Qualifications

• Punctual and reliable attendance is essential.
• Strong dependability and adherence to safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Spot clean lobby glass doors and polish chrome on lobby doors.
• Vacuum elevator cabs and wipe cab doors, walls, and tops twice daily.
• Inspect exterior of building and pick up trash.
• Check restrooms twice daily.
• Vacuum lobby and dust mop floors twice daily.
• Report lights out or safety issues to the Management Office.
