CCS Facility Services is seeking a Day Porter to maintain clean, safe common areas in office buildings and residential properties. You will perform lobby cleaning, restroom upkeep, trash removal, dusting, and report maintenance issues to keep facilities welcoming and well-maintained.

Qualifications

• Background check required as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Spot clean the lobby glass doors.
• Polish chrome on lobby doors.
• Vacuum elevator cabs and wipe cab doors, walls, and tops twice a day.
• Inspect the building exterior and pick up any trash.
• Empty and clean exterior trash receptacles.
• Check restrooms twice daily.
• Vacuum lobby daily or as needed.
• Sweep stairwells and landings as needed.
• Remove all debris from landscaped areas as needed.
• Sweep building entrances.
• Report any lights out to the Management Office.
• Report any solicitors to the Management Office.
