Job summary

CCS Facility Services is seeking a Day Porter to maintain the cleanliness of common areas in office buildings and other commercial properties. Responsibilities include spot cleaning, vacuuming elevator cabs, restrooms, and lobby areas, and reporting maintenance issues.

The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and adherence to safety procedures. Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with daily duties focused on preserving a welcoming, orderly environment for

Qualifications

• Experience with janitorial duties in commercial buildings.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness of lobbies, restrooms, and common areas.
• Attention to safety and security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Spot clean lobby glass doors and polish chrome on lobby doors.
• Vacuum elevator cabs and wipe cab doors, walls, and tops twice a day.
• Empty trash receptacles and clean exterior trash areas; clean restrooms twice daily.
• Sweep stairwells, remove debris, and keep entrances clean.
• Assist building engineer as needed and report lighting and safety issues.
