Job summary

Pritchard Industries is hiring a Day Porter in the New York region to perform porter tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, trash removal, and cleaning restrooms and break rooms to keep buildings sanitary and safe.

The ideal candidate has a professional attitude, is initiative-taking, hardworking, dependable, and can follow instructions. Prior cleaning experience is a plus and janitorial training is available. This role offers a 12-hour shift with an hourly wage of $16.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete tasks effectively.
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Janitor experience a plus but will train.
• Reliable Transportation.

Responsibilities

Ideal candidate will have professional attitude & appearance and is initiative-taking, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.
