Job summary

Pritchard Industries LLC is seeking a Day Porter to maintain cleanliness and operational readiness of client facilities. You will perform set-ups, restrooms cleaning, and stocked supplies management while ensuring a healthy, safe, and sanitary environment.

The ideal candidate is reliable, initiative-taking, and capable of handling physical tasks. Benefits include health coverage, life insurance, disability, FSA, 401K, and growth opportunities. This is a full-time on-site position in Orlando, FL.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Janitor experience a plus but will train.
• Reliable Transportation.

Responsibilities

• Set-ups and cleaning restrooms.
• Stocked supplies like paper towels, toilet tissue, soap.
• Vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, trash removal.
• Restroom and break room cleaning.
• Perform miscellaneous duties to keep building clean and safe.

• Pay or shift range: $15.50 USD to $16 USD

Pritchard Industries is seeking to hire a Day Porter. You will be responsible for porter services and include Set-ups, Cleaning restrooms, stocked supplies like paper towel, toilet tissue, soap, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, trash removal restroom and break room cleaning and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. Ideal candidate will have professional attitude & appearance and is initiative-taking, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.
