Job summary

Pritchard Industries is seeking a reliable Day Porter to maintain clean and safe facilities in Leesburg, VA. You will vacuum, mop, sweep floors, remove trash, clean restrooms and break rooms, and perform related duties to keep the building in top condition.

Full-time role working 40 hours per week from 5:00am to 2:00pm, Monday to Friday, with health benefits, life insurance, disability coverage, FSA, a 401K, and opportunities for growth. E-Verify participation is part of the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor.
• Prior cleaning experience is desirable.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Full-time position.
• Pay rate $16.00–$17.00 per hour.
• Hours 40 hours/week, 5:00am–2:00pm, Mon–Fri.

We are seeking to hire a DAY PORTER. You will be responsible for vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, trash removal restroom and break room cleaning and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. Ideal candidate will have professional attitude & appearance and is initiative-taking, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.

Job Requirements

• Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Janitor experience a plus but will train.
• Reliable Transportation.
