Job summary

Harvard Maintenance, Inc. is seeking a part-time Porter in Grapevine, TX. The role supports daily maintenance and coordination with Building Management on requests and projects.

The shift runs Monday through Friday from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, supporting clean and presentable public and operating spaces. Responsibilities include cleaning elevator cars, preserving lobby impressions, restocking restrooms, patrolling grounds and dock, and responding to special requests as they arise.

Responsibilities

• Service all public and operating spaces throughout the building.
• Keep elevator cars clean and neat.
• Preserve lobby and first impression areas.
• Maintain restroom cleanliness.
• Check and restock all restroom products.
• Police building grounds.
• Police the dock.
• Police stairwells daily, dust mop stairwells weekly and damp mop stairs, landings & treads monthly.
• Respond to special requests throughout the day.
