Job summary

Harvard Maintenance is seeking a Porter to perform daily maintenance and policing duties at our Grapevine, TX site. The role supports Building Management and handles requests and projects.

Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The position requires professional interaction with staff and guests and a willingness to perform a variety of cleaning and upkeep tasks to uphold the facility’s first impression.

Responsibilities

• Service all public and operating space throughout the building.
• Keep elevator cars clean and neat.
• Preserve lobby and first impression areas.
• Maintain restroom cleanliness.
• Check and restock all restroom products.
• Police building grounds.
• Police the dock.
• Police stairwells daily, dust mop stairwells weekly and damp mop stairs. landings & treads monthly.
• Respond to special requests throughout the day.
