Job summary

Harvard Maintenance, Inc. invites applications for a Porter at our Corpus Christi, TX site. This part-time position supports Building Management with daily maintenance and project tasks. Evenings 3pm-9pm and weekends Fri 3:30p-9:30p, Sat-Sun 11am-7pm are required.

The role emphasizes customer-facing service, attention to cleanliness, and timely responses to requests in a busy environment. The candidate must be reliable and communicate clearly in daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Service all public and operating space throughout the building.
• Facilitate plaza and/or parking garage areas as specified.
• Keep elevator cars clean and neat.
• Preserve lobby and first impression areas.
• Uphold exterior of building.
• Maintain restroom cleanliness.
• Check and restock all restroom products.
• Police building grounds.
• Police the dock.
• Police stairwells daily, dust mop stairwells weekly and damp mop stair landings & treads monthly.
• Snow removal.
• Respond to special requests throughout the day.
