Job summary

Pritchard Industries is seeking an exterior Day Porter to perform porter services for building exteriors, including sweeping, trash removal, and use of equipment. The role requires a professional attitude, initiative, and reliability. Typical schedule is 6:00am-2:30pm, Monday through Friday, with 40 hours per week.

Pay rate is $15.00 per hour. The position includes a benefits package including health coverage, 401(k), and additional ancillary benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Janitor experience a plus but will train.
• Reliable Transportation.

• Sweep with electric blowers, brooms, shovels and other equipment.

We are seeking to hire a exterior Day Porter. You will be responsible for porter services and will include exterior cleaning, sweeping, trash removal, usage of electric blowers, brooms, shovels and other equipment and may include vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, trash removal restroom and break room cleaning and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. Ideal candidate will have professional attitude & appearance and is initiative-taking, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.
