Job summary

Pritchard Industries LLC in Secaucus, NJ is seeking a Day Porter to maintain the cleanliness of our facilities. You will perform porter duties including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, trash removal, and cleaning restrooms and break rooms to keep the building healthy and sanitary.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, have a professional attitude, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. We offer health benefits, 401K, life insurance, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Janitor experience a plus but will train.
• Reliable Transportation.

We are seeking to hire a Day Porter. You will be responsible for porter services and may include vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, trash removal restroom and break room cleaning and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. Ideal candidate will have professional attitude & appearance and is initiative-taking, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.

Job Requirements

• Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.

• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
