Job summary

Harvard Maintenance in Grapevine, TX is seeking a part-time Porter to support building operations in the evenings. You will assist management with daily maintenance tasks and respond to requests during shift hours, Monday through Friday, 6pm to 10pm.

The role emphasizes cleanliness and curb appeal: keep public areas, elevators, lobby, and restrooms in top condition, patrol the grounds and dock, and handle special requests while maintaining a professional presence within the team.
