Qualifications

• Must follow Food Safety, FDA, and cGMP policies.
• Must be able to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
• Ability to learn and apply facility procedures and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-the-job training and mentoring for facility personnel.
• Maintain training qualification records and coordinate with corporate training.
• Review training content and align with NAM facilities.
• Recommend technician progression based on competency assessments.
• Lead safety practices and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Verify Batch Production Log Reports and operate startup support.
• Assist with operational maintenance planning and communications across shifts.
• Escort contractors and ensure safety compliance.
• Participate in facility safety meetings, inspections, and audits.
• Assist with lockout/tagout and permit-to-work processes.
• Support Turnaround planning and safe execution.
• Maintain accurate records and SOPs.
• Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams as needed.
