Job summary

Air Liquide is hiring a Production Technician in Bloomington, TX to maintain plant production, safety, and compliance. You will operate processes, log maintenance needs and support continuous improvement with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

The role requires 12-hour rotating shifts, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license. Candidates with technical training and crane/forklift experience are preferred. Benefits start day one and include comprehensive coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to work extended hours/shift as business needs dictate.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability to work 12 hour rotating shifts.
• Technical Associates degree preferred.
• Knowledge of instrumentation, rotating equipment and piping systems is a plus.
• Experience with safety policies and lock-out/tag-out procedures is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure plant safety rules and company safety policies are followed.
• Maintain production and operational efficiency.
• Enter maintenance needs into Maximo to ensure reliability.
• Read blueprints, P&IDs and flow charts; follow SOPs and procedures.
• Perform operator rounds, sample collection and PM tasks.
• Support plant management and safety initiatives.
