Archipelago Companies is hiring a Customer Service Specialist (Day Maker) in Irvine, CA. The in-office hybrid role requires 4 days in the office and 1 day remote. You will handle calls, emails, and chats, manage orders, returns, and warranty replacements with a focus on fast, friendly service.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in customer service, plus experience with Shopify Plus and service desk tools. Competitive hourly pay and brand perks available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ideal candidate has 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Full Circle and Shopify Plus experience a plus.
• Experience working with a service desk or ticketing tool is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls, emails and chats related to ecommerce site; place orders, track, locate stores, handle returns.
• Respond within 24 hours; resolve issues and direct to resolution channel.
• Process warranty replacement orders; proactively anticipate needs.
• Run and review daily, weekly, monthly reports.
• Serve as front desk backup for lunch and events.
• Support development of systems and reports for consumer feedback.
