Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience in janitorial services with demonstrated results.
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Ability to pass background checks required by certain contract locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support janitorial operations to ensure facilities meet cleanliness, safety, and contract standards.
• Prepare and utilize cleaning solutions according to established specifications.
• Perform general cleaning services including trash removal, dusting, windows, restrooms, and furniture care.
• Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, and refinishing when required.
• Monitor building security and safety by identifying hazards and ensuring facilities are secured.
